What you get

A subscription to a hosted service: a tracking script, a dashboard, and the reports described on the site. The free tier covers 10,000 events a month on 1 site with 30 days of raw history. Paid plans start at $12 a month and raise those limits; they do not unlock different features.

Your data is yours

The analytics we collect on your behalf belong to you. You can export them at any time through the API, and you can delete a site and everything recorded against it from the dashboard. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build any cross-site audience or advertising profile.

What you may not do

Do not install the script on a site you do not control. Do not use it to collect special category data — health, biometrics, political or religious affiliation, sexuality — or anything about children under 13. Do not put personal data into custom event properties; that field is for plan names and order values, not names and email addresses.

Do not resell access as your own product, and do not attempt to read another account’s data through the API.

Payment and refunds

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Cancel whenever you like and the subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for; there is no notice period and no cancellation fee.

If something was charged in error, say so and it will be refunded. If you cancel part way through a month because the product stopped doing what it says here, ask and it will be refunded pro rata.

AI visibility costs real money

The AI visibility feature calls paid third-party APIs on your behalf, and those calls are metered per site. You set a monthly cap and choose which assistants run; the cap is enforced before a run starts and again during it. We will not exceed a cap you have set, and we will not enable an assistant you have switched off.

Availability

Asuito is built and run by one person. There is no uptime guarantee, no service credit scheme, and no data-processing agreement, SOC 2 report or contractual retention commitment. If you need those, this is not the right product for you and saying so here is cheaper for both of us than saying it later.

Reasonable notice will be given before any change that removes a feature or reduces a limit you are paying for.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks the rules above, and will say which one. On closure, your data is deleted; ask first if you want an export.
