Every value is lowercased and spaces become hyphens, automatically — "Spring Launch" and "spring-launch" must be one campaign in your reports, not two.

This page can only normalise what you type into it. Inside a Asuito account the same builder knows your site: it lists the pages you actually get traffic on, offers the tags you have already sent, and warns when a new value is one character from an old one — which is how one campaign quietly becomes three rows you can never merge.
