Alerts and digests

Set a movement threshold per site. When a tracked keyword crosses it, Asuito notifies Slack (message) or Linear (issue) via Integrations on the Mentions / alert destinations UI.

Prefer Linear for anything you intend to act on: Slack scrolls away; an issue stays until someone closes it.

Digest tab: daily or weekly email summarizing traffic, ranking movement, mentions, and health flags for that site.

A send ledger prevents duplicates, so a retry does not mean a second email.

Reader newsletters are Audience → Automailer. Digests are for you.

Email is an alert destination beside Slack and Linear. It goes to the site owner and to teammates who have accepted their invitation. There is no field for an address, on purpose: a typed recipient would let anyone with edit access aim our sending domain at any inbox.

Turn it on under Monitoring → Health → Where alerts go, and choose how loud an alert has to be before it is emailed.

After each weekly audit, the run is compared with the one before. An alert is raised when the score fell by 5 points or more, when an error-level problem went from under 5% of pages to 10% or more, or when AI readiness fell by 10 points or more. Sizes are compared as shares of pages, so a bigger sample is not mistaken for a regression.

There is one open alert per site, and the first later audit that is no worse resolves it.
