Alerts and digests
Get told when something moves, in Slack or Linear or by email.
Ranking alerts
Set a threshold per site and an alert fires when a tracked term moves past it. Alerts go to Slack as a message or to Linear as an issue, configured on the Integrations tab.
Sending to Linear rather than Slack is worth considering for anything you intend to act on: a Slack message about a ranking drop is read once and scrolls away, while an issue stays until somebody closes it.
Digests
A recurring summary by email — daily or weekly per site, set on the Digest tab. It covers traffic, ranking movement, new mentions and anything health checks flagged.
Repeat sends are prevented by a ledger rather than by the schedule, so the job is safe to run more than once and a retry never means a second email.
